Awareness Campaign
Bringing clarity and cohesion to a high-visibility internal campaign
Created for AmeriHealth Caritas’ annual employee open enrollment period, this internal communications campaign was designed to drive awareness, communicate key benefits updates, and help employees navigate enrollment with clarity and confidence.
A key creative challenge was blending the broader AmeriHealth Caritas corporate brand with Think Well Being, the organization’s internal HR benefits identity—creating a campaign that felt cohesive, recognizable, and engaging across multiple employee touchpoints.
My role included art direction, design, and production across a broad range of campaign materials including digital lock screens, lobby displays, internal homepage banners, benefits guides, and supporting communications collateral.
As a recurring annual initiative, this work required balancing consistency with fresh creative execution each year to keep an important but highly familiar campaign visually engaging.
